Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. You must be at least 18 years of age to order goods through this website and accept delivery. We will treat each order for goods as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to these terms and conditions.
All product specifications, images and other information published on our website are supplied by Message Bangles as manufacturers and suppliers of these products. The intention of Message Bangles is that all information on the website should be as accurate and up to date as possible. All actions taken by the user of the website are the responsibility of the individual.
Payment and Price and Methods of Payment
The total price payable for the goods will be stipulated at the time when you place your order whether or not the order has been confirmed. All prices on our website are inclusive of VAT but exclusive of delivery charges which will be payable as indicated at the time of placing your order. If, however, by mistake, we have under-priced an item, we will not be liable to supply that item to you at the stated price, provided that we notify you before we despatch the item to you.
Payments can be made by Paypal online . On the order you must provide us with your exact billing address and telephone number. The address and phone number your bank has on file for you. Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your order will only be processed once authorisation of your credit card has been properly received. You may also pay by cheque or postal order although we cannot dispatch the goods until payment has been cleared which can take at least 10 days.

If your order cannot be fulfilled for some reason, you will be offered an equally lovely alternative or given a full refund with our apologies.
As soon as we have delivered the goods to your door you will be responsible for them. We will only deliver goods to the address on the order. From the time of receipted delivery of the goods, any loss or damage to the goods shall be at your own risk. Any transit damage to the goods, shortages or incorrect goods should be conveyed to us as soon as possible after the delivery. In the unlikely event that your goods are lost in transit or arrive damaged, please notify us at

Damage in transit: If goods arrive in a damaged condition, if possible make a note on the consignment note, or inform us as soon as possible after the delivery.
Shortages: It is your responsibility to sign for the correct number of packages as shown on the carrier’s delivery consignment note. Any shortages must be noted on the consignment note and it will be your responsibility to notify us within 10 days of delivery.
Incorrect goods: It is your responsibility to notify us of any incorrect goods supplied within 7 days from delivery.
Orders can be cancelled up to 14 working days after the day on which you have received your order, please inform us by post or email. To inform us of cancellations by email, send to email@example.com stating “order cancellation” as the subject and include all details. Cancelled orders will be refunded in full; this does not include any return shipping costs that you incur.
Trademark & Design
Message Bangles is the owner of the registered trademark. All designs are exclusive to Message Bangles and our design team. Any use of images or designs, without our permission, will make us very upset and may force us to take legal action.
All products supplied are covered by the terms and conditions of the Manufacturer’s Guarantee for their stated period. This guarantee specifically excludes faults caused by accidents, neglect and misuse. In addition routine maintenance, consumables, cosmetic damage is not covered. This does not affect any statutory rights that you may have.
Products that are deemed faulty can be returned for replacement, credit or refund for all on-line website purchases. Any orders with faulty goods sent out in error will be refunded in full including the original shipping costs of returning the items to us. As soon as the fault is identified please inform us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org stating “faulty goods” as the subject and stating your preferred choice of action on the returns form; then return the goods to us and we will take care of things for you. Where an error has occurred a replacement can be sent very quickly.
This does not affect any statutory rights that you may have.
Any disputes between us will be governed by the non-exclusive law and jurisdiction of the English Courts.
